48 hour cancellation required, less than 48 hours, forfeiture of your deposit, same day cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. Same day cancellations will require payment in full for any future bookings. No show clients will forfeit deposit, be required to pay 50% of scheduled service and all future bookings will require payment in full before services. Late clients more than 15 minutes into the scheduled appointment time and without notification, will be required to reschedule.
